We are seeking the services of a Food
Service Vendor to provide breakfast and
lunch to MLGW employees, visitors and the public at no cost to MLGW.
In lieu of
rental space and utility charges, the Food Service vendor will donate a
percentage of all monthly gross sales to MLGW's Plus-1 program. This percentage
will be evaluated on an annual basis.
Through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”)
MLGW extends to your firm an invitation to submit a proposal in accordance with
the requirements and conditions set forth in this document.
Note: All prospective
proposers can participate in a Bidder’s Orientation Meeting to review and
discuss the RFP Proposal on Friday, January 13, 2017 at
10:00 AM CDT, located in MLGW’S Administration Building Cafeteria, 220 South
Main Street. (A
tour of the food service area will be conducted at the above referenced
meeting.)
