Roll out the red carpet, and the QLess

Community Office lobbies re-open to the public on Monday, October 3. Walk-in customers can visit the downtown, Lamar, Whitehaven or Millington locations. Only the Summer office lobby will remain closed.

In addition to the lobbies opening, MLGW is rolling out a new online reservation system called QLess. It’s like making a doctor’s appointment. Customers can download the QLess app or go to mlgw.com/APPT.    

The app offers customers flexibility and convenience to see a credit counselor on their schedule. Receptionists can appointments for customers with access to a smart phone or the internet.

For bill payments, customers can see a cashier, no appointment necessary, or use the drop box.
