Women's Empowerment Spotlight - Chandrika Winston

In honor of Women's History Month, we are spotlighting women at #MLGW who have inspired others. Chandrika Winston, our Director of Corporate Safety, is a leader in the company and is well liked by her coworkers because she "has their backs."

Chandrika says, "I have an engineering background so I had more challenges to overcome since it is a typically male dominated field. But I have discovered that once you earn your peers' respect by demonstrating your knowledge and work ethic, that it evens the playing field so to speak. I have always just put my head down and put in the work to get the job done, no matter what it takes."
