2. Total Accounts on eBilling: 29,467 (98% of first-year goal)

Residential: 27,992
Commercial & Industrial: 1,475

3. Anticipated annual bill production savings/avoided cost for eBilling accounts: $159,121.80

4. Annual paper reduction for eBilling accounts: more than 700,000 envelopes and more than one million sheets of paper (bill, Customer Connection and coupon insert)
