I am the Bag Monster

Is it too soon to start talking about Halloween costumes? I know what I want to be...



Single-use bags are easy to spoof since they're such a bad idea, so ChicoBag invented Bag Monsters™. They feature 500 bags; the average number of plastic bags an American uses yearly. Bag Monsters deny their bags harm the planet and they're mobilizing to “mock” reusable bags. These clueless critters are behind the times and their single-use bags are going out of style like leisure suits.

So I figure I can solicit leftover bags from friends, but how on earth would I construct this costume?? Help!
