Survey Says

TVA has hired a market researcher, SRBI, to conduct a web survey of MLGW customers who completed the required sections of the My Account website to qualify for the free TVA energy kit. Approximately 2,000 customers who qualified from January through June 2008 will receive an email from SRBI asking them to participate in the survey. Those emails will be sent this evening.

The survey seeks to gauge whether customers have made any of the improvements and recommendations provided through the online energy audit process.
