Warming Center’s Schedule for January 2, 2018 – January 6, 2018 The City of Memphis has implemented its cold weather plan with establishment of a Warming Center. Warming Centers are places where residents dealing with extended times of low temperatures, below 20° F, may escape the extreme conditions.
