Can you tell us more about the $.75 a month we are paying for the rodent control? How many people does this employ? My estimates are we pay more than $300,000 a month to this, or $3.6 million a year.
Kermit, we bill for rodent control on behalf of the County so the employees related to this service are not MLGW employees.
Here's a link to rodent control info on the county's website: http://www.shelbycountytn.gov/FirstPortal/dotShowDoc/Government/CountyServices/HealthServices/EnvironmentalHealth/Rodent%20Prog_index.htm
There's also a number that you can call: 323-8403.
