MLGW Road Closures for Line Maintenance Sunday, April 9 Ramp at Lamar Avenue and eastbound I-240 and east/west lanes on SR-86/US-72 at Shelby Drive

Two separate road closures to consider for your commute Sunday morning. Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division will close the ramp from eastbound Lamar Avenue (SR-4/US-78) to eastbound I-240 (Exit #21) on Sunday, April 9 at 7 a.m. for up to one hour.

MLGW will also close all east and west bound travel lanes on SR-86/US-72 at Shelby Drive in Collierville on Sunday, April 9 at 7 a.m., using a rolling roadblock. The repair should be completed within 30 minutes.

Both closures are necessary to perform maintenance on our existing overhead wireline.
