Customer Care phone numbers will be re-routed or have busy signals
MLGW Customer Care Center's telephone switch (PBX) will be down for a planned maintenance on Friday, November 7 from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., Saturday, November 8. The phone lines – (901) 820-7878, (901) 544-6549 and (901) 528-4465 – will be affected.
The switch maintenance will make the MLGW Interactive Voice Response (IVR) on 544-6549, the main number, unavailable for self-service options, including billing and payment issues.
Callers who dial 544-6549 will get a recorded message asking them to call 528-4465, the emergency hotline, for emergencies only. Hotline calls will be handled by MLGW employees.
Callers to (901) 820-7878, which is used to request service, will receive a busy signal during this maintenance.
Normal service should be restored by 3 a.m., Saturday, November 8th.
