MLGW Activates its Emergency Reconnect Program Today at 1 p.m. (Updated)

UPDATE: Our Community Offices will close at 3 p.m. because of the expected inclement weather today.

UPDATED (JAN 5): All Community Offices, excluding the Whitehaven Office, are open today from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Emergency Reconnect. The Emergency Reconnect will be in effect until Jan. 10.

Customers can pay $225 and have their services reconnected. The balance of the customers' bill will be spread over six months. There are different conditions for diversion charges.

Office locations are:

Main Office - 245 South Main Street.

North Community Office - 2424 Summer Avenue.

South Community Office - 2935 Lamar Avenue.

Millington Community Office - 5131 Navy Road.

The Whitehaven office is closed for remodeling.

NOTE: MLGW customers whose services have been disconnected for 1 year or longer, their homes must pass Code inspection prior to being reconnected.
