I just turned this in to MLG&W CustomerCare and Gale Jones Carson, but word needs to get out:

After installing IE10 over IE9 and selecting Enable Protected Mode for 64-bit operation on Windows 7 SP1, I had to add https://energyguide.com/ to Trusted sites (which defaults to NOT Enable Protected Mode) in order not to get an error message from that site that I did not allow cookies. This behavior may reflect a difference in cookie handling between the Medium-high level default for the Internet zone and the Medium default level for Trusted sites.

If this is an oversight or caused by something new in IE10, I’m sure you want to make adjustments and alert your customers of anything new they need to do.

Considering my bill was due today and that all people help was unavailable early Friday evening, this was traumatic for me. I was finally able to log on and pay.
