What are late fee allowances?
This number, which ranges from 0 to 6, is similar to our old "K" program. The number represents the number of times a customer has consecutively paid the bill in full by the net due date. When a customers pays on time six times in a row, the late fee allowance will equal 6. Then the customer is able to pay the bill late without getting charged a late fee.

Not been late in 8 years and the late fee allowance is always 3, just like them to give false info or either they dont count well

Just wondering...we moved to Memphis in mid-October. It wasn't until this month (due 4/25/14) that the late fee allowance changed from 0 to 1, and we have always paid on time. Is it different for a new customer?
