The Clapper Has Some Competition

Look out Clapper, there's a new...bird...on the block.



TreeHugger reports that Twitter can now enable you to turn off your lights using your cellphone.

Clearly requiring Internet access will keep the Clapper in business for awhile. The fact that this technique requires running your computer eliminates some, maybe all, of the energy savings. BUT as TreeHugger points out, just think of the future possibilities!
