Memphis has three Farmers Markets to choose from! Soon you will be able to get fresh produce downtown, in East Memphis, and at the Agricenter.
The Memphis Farmers Market is an outdoor market featuring local farmers that showcases locally grown produce and related food items from the Mid-South region. It also serves to educate the community about food choices. Buying directly from the growers allows shoppers to ask questions and get answers from the source.
There's plenty of free parking, shopping and entertainment under a shaded canopy with benches for relaxing and listening to live music. It also features cooking, plant and nutrition education demonstrations.
The Memphis Farmers Market will start with a two-week pre-season on April 19th so customers can purchase spring produce and in-season strawberries.
The regular market season begins May 3rd and runs until October 25th.
The Memphis Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Central Station downtown (Front Street at GE Patterson).

The Botanic Garden Farmers Market starts April 23 and will be open every Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Botanic Garden Farmers Market provides the perfect midweek stop for fresh local produce and the central location is great for people heading home from work.
