Happy Pi Day!

Pi, Greek letter (π), is the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. It is famous for its neverending (and never repeating) decimal representation.

Pi Day is celebrated by math enthusiasts around the world on March 14th.

Some people eat pie.

Some have contests to see who can recite the most decimal places in pi's neverending sequence.

Some write pi-kus.

I asked a few MLGW engineers how they planned to celebrate Pi Day. They said, "We will observe 3.14 minutes of reverenced silence. (This is difficult for us.) Since it is also Einstein's birthday, we will drink one stein of beverage to commemorate."

How do you plan to celebrate?
