Outage Update

As of 10:30 a.m. today, there are roughly 89 separate outages, affecting about 2,100 customers across Memphis and Shelby County.

At this point in the restoration process, most crews are working on repairing transformers, which affect between one to eight customers.

Five contract crews from Nashville have been assisting with the restoration efforts. Barring any new outages related to the impending bad weather, we anticipate full restoration to be completed by Friday morning.
