DIY Weatherization

Community Relations recently hosted its annual Do-It-Yourself Weatherization workshop for its On Track participants. This year Will Williams, a Residential Technician (a.k.a. "Energy Doctor"), led the class using EnergySmart materials.



Each participant received an EnergySmart kit containing fluorescent light bulbs, caulking and weatherstripping materials, outlet covers, aerators, and more.



The On Track participants were thrilled with the hands-on approach of the class and their "goodie bags."

"This was a wonderful class," said participant Clementine Ramsey, 82, "I can't wait to get started on my home."
